Black and White Portrait Inspiration

I just came across this set of portraits on Flickr (the link will open in slideshow mode). These photos were taken by an Adobe employee, who works on the Lightroom team. According to this article on Jonh Nack's blog, he shoots them in a garage late at night. The photos are then edited in Lightroom and Photoshop. Amazing work!
