Portfolio

Requirements for your final portfolio (to be presented on May 7th):

• Display your ten best photos taken this semester. If your images were adjusted, show us both the before and after versions, and be prepared to tell us how you adjusted them.


• Select one image to represent each of the photo assignments from this semester, including:
  *white on white
  *shallow depth of field
  *self portrait
  *ice sculptures
  *everyday things
  *portrait
  *signs of spring


• Select three additional images to round out your portfolio.

Grading considerations will include technical aspects, such as focus and appropriate editing. I will also be looking for improvement--from beginning of semester to the end--and your application of the techniques we've studied (for example., rule of thirds and lighting).

You may present your portfolio in prints, slide show, web page, power point...whatever you feel best displays your images. I'm looking forward to your presentations. We can discuss any questions in class this week.
